What we collect

When you use our form we collect what you enter: name, phone, email (optional), town, the problem, how urgent it is, and your message. We also record the page you came from, the date and time, and your IP address to prevent spam. This site currently takes requests by form only.

How we use it

To pass your request to one independent well pump professional serving your area, to follow up on that request, to keep records of referrals, and to stop abuse. If that professional can’t help, we may pass it to one other participating professional. We don’t sell your information to data brokers.

Email and storage

Requests are emailed to us and kept in a log file on our web host that isn’t publicly accessible.

Analytics and cookies

The site doesn’t set its own cookies. If we turn on Google Analytics later, it will measure traffic in aggregate and use cookies; you can block them in your browser or use Google’s opt-out add-on. We’ll update this page if that changes.

Retention

We keep referral records only as long as needed for the purposes above and our business records.

Your choices

To ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, use the contact form and choose “Privacy request”. Professionals we refer you to have their own privacy practices.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
